Visiting City Chiropractic Clinic

On your first visit to City Chiropractic Clinic, you will have a free consultation. During this time, we will ask you to provide some information about your background, your medical history and the details of your condition or symptoms. The aim of this process is to allow us to provide the best possible care that is tailored entirely to your needs and circumstances. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss your health-related issues and concerns with your chiropractor and they will talk you through the options before drawing up a detailed treatment plan. Before you leave the clinic, you will also be given instructions to be followed at home between appointments to help speed up the healing process and strengthen the relevant muscles. This may include the application of ice or heat packs and the avoidance of certain tasks or activities, as well as home exercises.

Free Initial Consultations and Same-Day Treatment

We offer free initial consultations and, in most cases, once an initial examination is complete, patients will generally have their first treatment during the same visit, helping you get on the road to recovery as soon as possible. Following much careful consideration, we have decided to close City Chiropractic Clinic and transfer our hours to Abbey Chiropractic Clinic in Romsey with effect from 28 February 2026.After operating as City Chiropractic Clinic in Southampton for over 30 years, ever increasing overheads and other factors have led us to make this decision. This will however, enable us to operate from the same location 6 days a week, and all our wonderful staff will remain the same.

We very much value the support of our regular patients at the City Chiropractic Clinic, and we sincerely hope that you can continue your chiropractic care with us at our Romsey location. The clinic is conveniently located in Romsey opposite the train station at 4 MALMESBURY ROAD, ROMSEY< SO51 8FT, with free on-street parking.

If you are unable to attend the Abbey Chiropractic Clinic in Romsey, then we will willingly recommend a different chiropractor in Southampton, and make your clinic notes available to you and the new chiropractor following you completing a signed consent form for us to release your notes.
